T.J. Williams Added To Coaching Staff

The Cal High track team is pleased to add T.J. Williams to our coaching staff for the 2008 season.

Coach Williams has been the head coach at Mt. Eden high school in Hayward for the past five years and brings with him extensive knowledge in the sprints and all of track & field.  Coach Williams brought the Mt. Eden program into prominence and has coached several state meet competitors including Cherrelle Garrett, one of the top sprinters in the nation the past three seasons.

With Cal High, Coach Williams will be heading up the short sprint group (100, 200, 4x100) and implementing the pre-season strength and conditioning program.
