Track Team's Weight Workout
During the off season, Coach Manuel will be supervising a weight workout specifically geared towards track athletes. The workouts will be on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm in the weight room. You don't have to register first, just show up! These workouts are critical in developing the strength and power you will need in order to have a successful 2008 season.
